A tiki is another popular choice at weddings. A popular tiki cocktail is the Mai Tai. This drink is ideal for a destination or beach wedding and can be served garnished with fruit. Alternately, a Gin Fizz is a sweet and light drink that is perfect for brunch weddings.

You can also design custom cocktails to suit your wedding theme. The drink can be named after specific words or phrases, or it can be named using a combination or names of your spouse or hobbies. In addition to giving the cocktail a unique name, you can also customize it by using different colors and garnishes.

It can be difficult choosing the perfect signature beverage. Your budget is the first thing you should consider. You might not want to host more than one guest if your guests are small. For larger groups, however, you might be able offer more than one. You can either make the cocktail from scratch or purchase it ready-made. Regardless of how you decide to make your drink, you should always garnish it.

You'll need to determine your overall theme for the event. While you are at it, think about your guests' preferences. You don't want to make a drink too spicy for children or too weak for adults. A base alcohol should be chosen that matches the theme. Alternatively, you can incorporate local alcohols for a local flavor.

How To

How To Make The Best Brandy Alexander Recipe

The first step in any cocktail recipe is to find the right ingredients. We will be using Cognac, which, as the name suggests, is a French distilled spirit that is made from fermented wine. It's usually clear, although sometimes you'll see it aged in oak barrels. You can purchase cognac from specialty liquor stores as well as online retailers like Amazon.com.

The next step is to add simple syrup. Simple syrup is just sugar dissolved in water. Over medium heat, we will dissolve 1 cup of granulated brown sugar in a small saucepan. Stir until the sugar completely dissolves (about five minutes). To cover the sugar, add 2 inches of cold tap water. Allow to sit for at least two hours. Strain the sugar crystals using cheesecloth. Discard them. Store the remaining liquid in an airtight container in your refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.

Our Brandy Alexander Cocktail will be made with Cognac and simple syrup. Pour the Cognac into a shaker filled halfway with ice cubes. Add the simple syrup to the remainder of the shaker. Stir vigorously for 10 second, then strain into a chilled martini. Mix in a splash soda water to finish the Brandy Alexander. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
